Construction is upon us and will usher in business improvements that will last decades. Some businesses have called Colfax home for 10, 50, even 100+ years. We’ve seen it all. We can handle this – and so can our neighborhood fans. We’re asking the Colfax Mayfair community to shop local and show the Billionaires they don’t own our main street. We’re encouraging people to join an arch-raising party and our annual Sip & Stroll, then stay for dinner, grab a gift card or visit a new spot. These aren't just events, but invitations to be the kind of neighbor our local businesses need right now. We’re in this together. Can Billionaires say that?

Be Our Guest at Colfax Mayfair's First-Ever BRT Arch-Lift Party! Get ready for an Over The Top celebration as we raise an iconic arch over the new Bus Rapid Transit station!
Monday, November 24 | 7:00-9:00pm at The W Denver, 5001 E. Colfax at Elm

Bring your buddies for our favorite holiday tradition - an afternoon of neighborhood shopping, wine tasting, and community connection.
What to Expect:
- Meet hometown merchants at a dozen neighborhood shops
- Sample free specialty wines and bites from local eateries
- Discover holiday gift-giving treasures
- Register to win prizes from our merchants
How It Works:
- Start your journey at Park Hill Treasures or Marczyk Fine Foods - pick up your passport and register for prizes.
- Visit all 12 participating merchants for passport stamps, wine samples, bites, and holiday deals.
- Turn in your passport by 6 PM at Marczyk's or Park Hill Treasures to enter the prize drawing.
- Winners announced December 7!
