Hudson Station Arch Rising 2/2/26
Hudson Station Arch Rising
The Hudson Station arch rising is scheduled for February 2, 2026, at La Vista Motel, 5500 E. Colfax Ave.
On November 24th, our community celebrated a significant milestone as the iconic arch rose over the new Elm Street BRT Station - the first major public investment in our section of Colfax in decades. This infrastructure improvement will enhance accessibility, safety, and connectivity for businesses and customers throughout our district.
Thank you to The W Denver, Jett Sushi, VIVA! Mexi-Coffee Shop, City Donuts, and Park Hill Hub for contributing food and beverages to the celebration. See photos here.

Parking Update
Temporary parking adjustments are in effect along East Colfax Avenue as BRT station construction progresses.
Current Parking Configuration:
- Street parking along East Colfax Avenue between Jasmine and Locust Streets is limited during center median station work.
- Alternative parking available in designated business lots and on side streets north and south of East Colfax Avenue, all within a short walking distance of businesses.
See detailed parking map here. We recommend communicating parking alternatives directly to your customers through signage, social media, and website updates to minimize confusion during this phase of construction.
