2025 Colfax Mayfair BID Annual Report

The Colfax BRT project is underway, and our district continues to grow! Our 2025 Annual Report details the programs, advocacy efforts, and resources we've deployed to support our business community through this period of transformation.

Customer Loyalty Program - Free

The Colfax BRT Small Business Outreach team is launching a new business support initiative — the "We Back The Fax Pass". This is a Colfax business passport program intended to boost business during construction. Sign up now to be part of holiday marketing!

Here's how it works:

1. Welcome Participants: A customer comes into your business with a We Back The Fax Pass—a physical booklet where they collect stickers to earn prizes.
2. Give a Sticker: When a customer meets your set criteria (e.g., any purchase, a minimum spend or whatever you decide), you simply write your business name in their next available slot and place a sticker in their Pass. Stickers will be provided to businesses upon sign-up.
3. Get Noticed: That's it! Your business will be listed on the official website, promoted on social media, and featured as a destination for hundreds of The Fax Pass holders. You will also get promotional materials to display at your business to signal your participation in the program.

Holiday Gift Guide Opportunity - Submit Your Products

The "We Back The Fax" team is creating a holiday gift guide featuring products and experiences from Colfax businesses. The guide will be released weekly starting the week of Thanksgiving and Small Business Saturday, and shared via Denver Economic Development & Opportunity 's holiday page and local media outlets.

How to Participate: Submit your products or experiences via this submission form. They are looking for unique, novel items - priority will be given to locally-made products or items only found on Colfax.

Gift Categories:

• White Elephant: Unique oddities perfect for office gatherings or gift exchanges
• Food & Beverage: For foodies and wine, beer, or cocktail enthusiasts
• Fashion: For those with an eye for style or vintage flair
• Adventure: For travelers and hobby enthusiasts
• Entertainment: For concert goers, film buffs, and sports fans
• Santa-Approved: Gifts for kids and the young-at-heart
• Last Minute: Gift cards, stocking stuffers, and host/hostess gifts

• Submission does not guarantee inclusion in the guide. 
• You can submit items from your business or your neighbors' businesses.
