Colfax BRT Update
Construction in our area is scheduled to start this fall. Important to note that the construction zone in our area will be different than it is between Broadway and Colorado Blvd., because Colfax Avenue is wider in our district. There will be more room for vehicle travel lanes in each direction, and for on-street parking. The construction team is also phasing the work differently, based on experience in the first segments, to reduce impacts on businesses.

Denver Water Project Update - East Colfax Avenue
Denver Water is continuing pipe replacement work along East Colfax Avenue, with crews focusing on the Ivy Street to Kearney Street segment. This project involves replacing nearly 5 miles of aging water infrastructure between Broadway and Yosemite Street, working in 2-3 block segments.

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (weekend work possible)
